SHMTool

Comparative analysis for somatic hypermutation

Overview
SHMTool facilitates comparative analysis of somatic hypermutation datasets, offering the following features: comparison of mutation profiles with corrections for base composition, counts for both unique (non-clonal) and non-unique (total) mutations, plots and tables for mutations-per-sequence counts, plots showing the pattern of mutations along the length of the sequence.
